“Advice for people wanting to begin their health journey".
Just some things to consider when contemplating the health and fitness lifestyle.
First of all, you need to have a ‘WHY’.
Why would you want to get up at 5am to train? Why would i stop eating fried foods?
Maybe your why is you want to prepare your body for a baby? Perhaps to regain your health so you can move without pain?
The why is what will keep you disciplined and focused toward your goal.. - 🧘🏻
motivation does not last..❌
How much energy do you have? Its silly to start on a 5 day workout program when your sleep is poor, work is busy, relationships are on struggle. Think about sustainability. How can i achieve my goals without burning out and still making time for PLAY. 🏖
You then have to ask what you’re willing to sacrifice. Sacrifice them afternoon beers with the boys to go and train at the gym. Only for them to put shit on you for that.
Trust me I have been there.
You’ve gotta step into your light and live your own values.. ⚡️
My advice is, wake up. Start looking inside yourself instead of looking externally for motivation. If you are forever thinking about the past or the future. You need to start looking into your true needs & goals.
Your soul is starving for purpose. Don’t waste it on the same beers you had yesterday.
